FoStream LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Real Life English, an English-learning app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

You can use the app's lessons, practice features, and search by interacting with its learning content. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to your request.

Learning progress and saved content

The app may save your lesson progress, review status, and saved learning content on your device so you can continue learning. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app, subject to any device backups you have enabled.

Audio and speaking practice

If you choose to use a feature that requests microphone access, your device will ask for permission. You can control microphone permission in your device settings. Audio-related processing depends on the feature you use.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on services provided by Apple or other providers on your device. The app may also open external links, including links to our other apps. When you leave Real Life English, the destination's own privacy practices apply.

How we use and share information

Retention and deletion

We retain support emails for as long as reasonably needed to address the request and maintain our records. You may request deletion of information you sent to us by contacting fostreamllc@gmail.com. We will respond to your request, subject to any legal obligations that require retention.

Children's privacy

Real Life English is a general English-learning app and is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.
